Returns & Refunds (U.S. & Canada)
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To request an exchange or refund, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your product at info@nuttime.ca.
To process your request, please include a photo of the incorrect or damaged item in your email.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll notify you via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nuttime.ca.
If you haven't received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in posting.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not issue refunds for undelivered packages. We do not issue refunds for perished goods.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Before placing an order, please check with your country's customs office to ensure food products can be shipped to you from Canada.
Our products are natural and contain no additives or preservatives, making them perishable if delayed by customs. We are not responsible for items held by your country's customs office.
